"Connecting to the World, Benefiting All," the 133rd China Import and Export Fair ("Canton Fair") officially kicked off on April 15, 2023. As a vital window for China's opening-up policy and a key platform for foreign trade, the Canton Fair serves as an essential channel for businesses seeking to expand into international markets. This marks the first-ever in-person event held after three years of pandemic-related disruptions. The current edition of the Canton Fair has become the largest in its history, drawing buyers from over 200 countries and regions, with nearly 35,000 companies participating onsite. Both the exhibition area and the number of exhibiting enterprises have reached record highs.
　　On April 12, members of the Longming Battery Foreign Trade Department rushed to Guangzhou to meticulously set up their exhibition booth. Early on April 15, fully prepared and ready to go, they welcomed the first day of the Canton Fair. That day, the team greeted every single customer with professionalism and enthusiasm, catering to inquiries from clients hailing from Russia, Brazil, Liberia, Iran, Hong Kong, and other regions. In total, they gathered valuable customer information from 31 distinct prospects. Many of these customers expressed tremendous interest in our products, drawing significant attention from both domestic and international buyers. A strong start is half the battle—so the entire Foreign Trade Department is determined to keep up the momentum, actively promoting our offerings, securing orders, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding into broader markets, all while striving to win over even more clients.
　　At this year's Canton Fair, our company went all out—preparations began as early as February, with meticulous planning for booth setup and inviting both new and existing customers to attend. Honors such as "Officially Designated Household Dry Batteries for the Hangzhou Asian Games" and being "a national standard-setting organization" were showcased at the fair, helping us promote the HUAHONG and 999 battery brands on this prominent international platform. This strategic move will further expand our presence in overseas markets, enabling HUAHONG and 999 batteries to go global and placing these iconic brands firmly on the world stage—allowing the golden reputation of HUAHONG and 999 to shine brighter than ever before!
