We won an award! The Changming Battery team proudly took home the second-place prize in the knowledge competition organized by the Fuyang District Emergency Management Bureau as part of Safety Production Month activities!
　　June marks the annual Safety Production Month, and to celebrate the upcoming Asian Games while ensuring safe operations, the Fuyang District Emergency Management Bureau launched a themed event titled "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond," along with a safety knowledge competition. Changming Group sent a dynamic duo—He Yinjie and Dong Xi—as representatives, joining forces with a single competitor from their neighboring unit, Guangfu, to form the Changming Battery Team. After excelling in both the written safety quiz and the hands-on welding skills challenge, the team stood out among 24 corporate teams from across the district, earning a spot among the final eight contenders. On the afternoon of June 9, these eight corporate teams gathered at the Fuyang Media Convergence Center for an intense and thrilling showdown. After rounds of challenging questions—including mandatory and rapid-response challenges—the Changming Battery Team ultimately secured a commendable third-place finish, clinching the prestigious second-place award!
　　The Changming Battery team stood out among 24 township enterprise teams, thanks to their solid theoretical knowledge and professional skills. Ultimately, they competed alongside many other outstanding corporate representatives, achieving remarkable results that showcased the exceptional spirit of Changming employees. This performance fully demonstrated the company’s employees’ expertise in safe production management, their confident ability to shine under pressure, and their relentless drive to strive for excellence and lead the way. At the same time, competing against these top-notch safety managers, we were deeply impressed by their profound theoretical knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in on-site management. This encounter reinforced our understanding that safe production management is an endless journey—there’s always more to learn and achieve. We must not only keep safety theories alive in our competition materials but also actively apply them to the daily management of our production processes. As emphasized by the event’s slogan—“People First, Life Above All; Safety First, Prevention Priority”—we hope that today’s competition has not only equipped us with fresh insights and valuable lessons but has also strengthened our commitment to ensuring both the safety of Changming Battery’s production and the well-being of our employees tomorrow!
